[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Please don't capitalize on the internet backbone

The Domain Name System is one of the central pieces of the internet as we
know it.
By raising prices you will effectively be pushing more citizens away from
the Internet and into closed gardens like Facebook, etc.
The free and open spirit of the internet as a bunch of small folk sharing
and thriving is already threatened. This move will only add to it.

Please rethink letting Verisign raise prices in this fashion.
