Hello,

Raising dot com costs to registrars hurts universal access to these
critical domains. The value of TLDs is their ability to be purchased by all
types of consumers, regardless of income level. The ability for fees to
grow in 8 out of 10 years pushes domains farther away from average
consumers, and make the web a less friendly place.

If growing revenue from registrars is necessary, then transparency in this
process is key.

Thank you,
- Josh
