[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Price increases are unnecessary and will stifle innovation

Verisign has not met their burden to show that price increases are
necessary to protect the registry infrastructure or improve services. By
all appearances, this is merely an effort to extract profits from a captive
market. This will drive out innovators, and smaller companies who cannot
compete at the higher prices.



Please make every effort to keep registry pricing as low as possible.
