Hi,

My name is Marlana and run a small business.  My website is one of the 
ways that people learn about my services.  Your proposed changes would 
make it harder for me to keep my website going. Larger companies will be 
able to absorb these price hikes but small business owners like me will 
not.  Please reconsider these pricing changes.
