[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Rate increases unfair

I’ve been reading about these new price increases of 7%/yr up to 70%. I find this quite a bit unfair to the small businessman and personal websites. No discussion. No informational releases leading up to this action. Behind closed doors between the two entities. 

New increases will harm and raid the pockets of all users. If there are any new procedures to enact, it should be to make the Internet safer and not so open to hackers. 

Please reconsider. You will drive people to find ways to cheat or ways to offset your new gouging.
