[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Verisign has been bad since they pulled the SiteFinder crap

Few remember SiteFinder with the NXDomain catch all they introduced that
literally broke the internet. This was bad for the internet just as is most
of this agreement. Don't increase the .COM fees. Keep domains accessible.
Find a new provider to administer the .com domain realm.
