[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Proposed Amendment 3 to the .COM Registry Agreement

It is my understanding that ICANN made a deal behind closed doors with
Verisign that allows them to increase wholesale price to registrars for
.COM domains. I am fully against this! Changes like these should be
decided by the community, not behind closed doors!
