Good day.

The information about the changes on your work plan is understandable,
however ignore the participation of the people to make decisions are
against the open data initiatives allowing unscrupulous people to propose
and approve things that probably are ethically wrong.

Also the continuous increase in the cost of the domains could limit the
possible acquisition of those, limiting the opportunity to create new
websites to bring information to the people.

I think you could launch an call for proposals in order to create a more
fair and valid proposal to cover all points you have been tried and include
missing points of view.
