[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Concern about recent ICANN Amendment 3

I'm writing to express concern about:

  1.  the closed door nature of the changes to .COM domain pricing,
  2.  lack of transparency and planning on how the nonprofit intends to spend the proposed income increase,
  3.  adjustments of special privilege for VeriSign to operate as a registrar which does not appear to be a fair and equitable decision, and
  4.  the continued act of disregarding feedback from the internet community.

ICANN is in the position to greatly affect the fairness and equality of the internet community, and we users depend on morally just and wise decisions.  I urge you to reconsider your proposed January amendment.
