Hello,

I oppose the efforts by ICANN and Verisign where Verisign pays ICANN $20
million dollars and, in return, is allowed to increase prices every single
year?  This looks terrible and feel worse and should be stopped.  It will
raise prices for consumers and businesses and act as a barrier to the
growth of the economy.
