[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Protest Price Increase

I would like to protest the increase coming to my domain names.
It is my understanding that this increase will come without any clarity about how ICANN will spend the money, or who will ensure that the funds are properly spent on domain infrastructure. This sounds like a bureaucratic money grab and not in the best interest of the consumer. Who gets rich off of this scheme?
