[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Fee change

I have been on the internet since 1984 when Prodigy first came out.

We have grown by leaps and bounds, and while I am okay with a small fee
change.
The fees ICANN and Verisign are suggesting are highway robbery.

Being politically active I would like to know who to contact regarding this
situation.
