[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Don't raise .com prices

My wife and I own two very small single-person businesses the success of
which relies upon having .com domain names. A large increase in prices will
make it difficult for us to keep these domain names but losing them will
allow others to profit off of our hard work. So, we are asking you to
please keep the .com prices stable or near stable in the coming years.
