To whom it may concern:

Please reconsider any proposed increases in the price of .com domains.

A vast number of .com holders are small business owners who would see a
negative impact on their operating expense, and may not be able to afford
such an increase, forcing many to lose their presence on the web.

Again, please reconsider your decision, even though such a decision would
certainly mean more profit for you. You can afford it - we can not.
