[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] The wholesale cost of COM domain

As I understand it, ICANN are proposing to increase the wholesale cost of
COM domain. I'm writing to register my concern at this, as I would have
expected that as technology gets cheaper a resource like this should come
down in price over time, not go up.
