[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Oppose proposed price increase

I am writing today to state that I oppose the proposed multi-year price increase for .COM domains.  

Additionally, I support continued release of information about how funds received from Verisign will be used by ICANN.  

I also believe that a decision to allow Verisign to operate as a registrar will result in an unfair advantage in the marketplace.
