[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Don't increase .COM prices with Verisign!

Hi - I urge you not to work with Verisign, a private for-profit company, to
raise prices on the main internet domain. This follows a pattern of
private companies profiteering off "partnerships" with major governmental,
regulatory, or public benefit groups. This is not in the public interest,
and the public does not want it.
