[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Lack of Transparency

The proposed amendment seems to violate the spirit of the Internet and the
ideas underpinning the creation of the Web. I wholeheartedly oppose the
direction you and Verisign are taking , which will only make it harder for
small companies to compete with the commercial overlords.
