[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] ICANN - Verisign .com

This new policy seems illegal, where ICANN is specifically supporting
Verisign instead of the Internet as a whole. Almost the entire reason
everyone forced a breakup of the domain name monopoly was due to Verisign's
overcharging. Now, ICANN is proposing free, virtually unmitigated price
increases? How many small businesses or individuals is ICANN trying to
destroy, or simply kill the .com domains completely? Is ICANN now a
subsidiary, or mistress to Verisign?

I strongly disagree with the decision to allow Verisign that much influence
and pricing control.
