Dear Madam or Sir,

I am very concerned about how the ICANN handled the negotiations of its
contract regarding the .com TLD with Verisign. The .com TLD is very
important to the entire internet community and thus the entire world.
Therefore, a contract as significant as this needs to be discussed in the
open with taking input from all stakeholders into account.

I urge you to not move forward with the current proposed contract until a
consensus with the wider internet community can be reached.
