[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] I am opposed to the Proposed Amendment 3 to the .COM Registry Agreement

The Proposed Amendment 3 to the .COM Registry Agreement has been arrived at
without any regard to the desires, wants or needs of the worldwide internet
community, and instead has designed to fill the coffers of both ICANN and
Verisign, at the expense of that very same worldwide community.

Please do NOT implement the Proposed Amendment 3 to the .COM Registry
Agreement as currently written.
