Dear ICANN,

I, a humble user of the internet and domain name owner, object to Proposed Amendment 3 to the .COM Registry Agreement.

ICANN is a non-profit organisation which has been given a duty to act on the best interest of the internet and it’s users. This amendment poses a serious risk to the internet, allowing ludicrous price increases of .com domains – 40% of all domain names. This is not worth $20 million. This will cost dearly, and the most unjustly effected party will be the individuals and small businesses who cannot afford to pay more and more for their portfolios, shops and services.

Do what is right.

Kind regards,

Joe Wearing
