[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] We Do Not Support .COM Price Increases

The wholesale price of domains should not be determined in secret and be
allowed to increase year after year. Most importantly, I do not support a
.COM price increase. The internet is a public utility. Do not think about
messing with pricing of baseline needs such as domains. This is
unacceptable.
