I use an avid Internet user and I am a .com registrant.
To begin, I am against Verisign managing .com URL address sales.
Verisign is merely the manager of the .COM Registry and has no business
dictating the price.
ICANN, as a non-profit acting in the interest of the greatest public
good, should be governing the domain name system in the public
interest.
Letting private for-profit business dictate prices is the absolute
antithesis of this.
I hope you make the best decision for the good of the internet and the
people, not the multinational corporations looking to bleed America
dry.
Thank you.
