Please understand the impact of raising prices of .com domain registration
on small businesses around the world.  As you know, .com domains power the
world's economic web activities, and small businesses are already burdened
with expensive barriers to entry.  Small businesses are the backbone of
industry and economic growth worldwide, and adding yet another increased
cost for small businesses will deter economic development and innovation.
Please reverse this decision and drop this proposal that will increase
domain and other costs.
