To whom it may concern:

I am very concerned with the proposal to increase the prices of .com
addresses. I am a small blogger who makes little or no profit off my sites.
By increasing the prices of .com addresses you will ultimately price people
like me out of the marketplace. I cannot pay exorbitant prices to have a
small blog. Please do not use .coms to cover the costs of your deal with
ICANN. You will lose millions of little website users in doing so.
