[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Please allow input to TLD price changes

Dear ICANN,
As an online small business owner, I would like to personally request that
the ICANN community and other major stakeholders be consulted before
changing the pricing on TLDs.  The accessibility of maintaining personal
and small business websites is a huge factor in maintaining a diverse
internet community.  Please do not exclude representatives of the larger
internet community (domain name registrars etc.) from this decision in
order to keep the internet open and accessible for everyone.  A fair market
among domain name registrars is essential to maintaining a vibrant internet
community.
