I wish to register my opposition to the changes in the arrangement that ICANN 
has regarding the .com domain.

ICANN is the monopolist in this case, and has suddenly started to extract 
excessive rents. The .com issue comes fesh on top of the .org sale which I also 
strongly oppose. ICANN should behave as a charity, striving for transparancy. It 
is currently falling short on both accounts.
