[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Verisign to allow rate increase

I am against allowing rate increases for Verisign. As a monopoly they will act in their own financial interest and not the public interest. They will max out the allowed increase whether justified or not. Keep the Obama era restrictions in place.
