Do not allow the proposed price cap increases. There is no technical or
economic reason for price growth to exceed inflation other than greed. It's
already difficult enough for internet entrepreneurs to start businesses
without huge amounts of capital backing them. Don't add insult to injury by
raising domain registration prices.
