I use the Internet but I am not a .com registrant. My personal site is 
on a .net domain but I still feel strongly about this as it could easily 
affect me in the future if I ever buy a .com, or maybe even if I don't.

I am against the proposed price increase to .COM domains.

ICANN is supposed to govern the domain name system in the public 
interest, and this doesn't sound like that.
