Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

Operating a private webpage is already costly enough but those few 
private webpages that are still out there show a significantly higher 
degree of creativity and new viewpoints that might go missing on the 
common content sharing portals like facebook or stack overflow. Did you 
ever try to execute custom javascript on your facebook page?! This 
amendment will further limit what personal internet users can do and 
isolate them only to be able to communicate via the webpages of the big 
players.
