I am firmly opposed to the proposed Amendment 3 to the .com Registry 
Agreement.

It appears that the deal was brokered to financially benefit both ICANN 
and Verisign with little transparency to the proceedings and with no 
apparent public benefit.

The current reimbursement rate of $7.95 seems already more than 
sufficient to recoup operating costs.
