[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Siphoning Money from Users to Verisgn/ICANN

I would like to know how ICANN getting a $20 million kickback to allow
Verisign to raise rates by 7%/year jives with your mission statement of:


> Introducing and promoting competition in the registration of domain names
> where practicable and beneficial in the public interest.


This backroom decision is the action of an uncaring monopoly.  You are the
steward for an open, affordable internet and you're failing your mission.
Please reverse this along with the .org debacle.
