For an organization that trust and accountability is presumed upon, it is
really disheartening to hear that you can sign deals with corporations
without involving other stakeholders. You as an organization should always
strive to make decisions that are for the greater good of all and not some
self serving decisions. There is a saying that says,"where there is smoke
there is a fire".

This under-hand agreement are the smoke and for sure the financial
misappropriation is the fire.

please rethink this strategy
