[Jesse Lamas Calvillo]

I support price controls and price caps for TLD's. Please do not discount 
the opinions and needs those who use the internet. Many of the businesses 
here in Southern Spain don't operate with large operational profits. As 
online presence becomes even more important, getting squeezed by pricing 
increases to simply exist online is difficult.
