[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] ICANN / Verisign / .COM Changes

The currently proposed changes to .COM domains between ICANN and Verisign
that will inevitably lead to large price increases in these domains is
extremely concerning and considerably unethical. There appears to be *no*
description of how any funds from Verisign will be spent or even why this
is necessary.

We are currently drafting letters to all our congressmen to investigate how
changes like this can be made with absolutely no oversight and asking them
to investigate who these changes are actually benefiting.
