The proposed rise is way too high. The amount of the rise should be much 
lower and it should not be in perpetuity. It should only be for a few 
years and see how verisign abuse it. It should be revised every 10 years 
or so. ICANN should work for the people and take decision for the 
people, not to enrich their own pockets.
