[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] no prices raises on domains

Please do not raise prices on .com domains. The upkeep cost on these is
already significant

What are your reasons for considering raising the prices on them? The
current cash flow receive from the registrars by the organization is
already quiet high. Domain registrations and renewals should not be used to
pay for some other administrative work not related to improving domain
related activities.
