[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] changes need to be proportional

In reference to the domain name contract. These proposed changes would be a
burden for small business owners who's overhead is already at a premium.
Domain names should remain a nominal cost to businesses that have small
websites that make a big difference to their online presence. Being able to
afford an online name should be in reach for even the newest entrepreneurs.

Any agreements about domain names should think about the smallest user. Not
the largest user or profit.
