Hi,

I am a customer with a .com domain and I am concerned with this decision to
this contract.
My concerns are:
1. There will be price increases yearly that will be passed on to me as a
consumer for .com domains
2. ICANN is getting bribed by Verisign by accepting $20million
3. Verisign acting as a domain name registrar will be anti-competitive
market and introduce monopoly on .com domain name pricing
4. ICANN ignored previous public comments.

Thanks,
Ken
