[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Comments regarding lift of price caps on .com

[Pegasus Book Exchange]

As a small business owner I am opposed to lifting the price caps on .com
domains because they are standard for all businesses and not having
reasonably priced access to a reputable domain will place an unnecessary
barrier to new small businesses.
