Hello,

Following reviewing the documentation I see several issues with the proposed amendments. There appears to be no clear binding requirement nor oversight on what the proposed additional funds would be spent on. Further, the proposal to raise the wholesale price of internet domains poses a significant threat to freedom of expression. By allowing the costs to increase exponentially, it raises a spectre that only those of wealth will be able to afford to publish opinions, resulting in a narrower and less diverse field of opinions and expressions. This is a situation that is concerning at best and terrifyingly dangerous at worse.

I encourage all members to amend this and keep the costs fixed for the good of all as well as increasing transparency on where funds come from and where they go.

Regards

Tristan Ayton
