[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Price caps on .com domains

Please don't remove the price caps on .com domains. This will hurt so many
site owners who had no say in this decision. It will hamper the free speech
that the internet provides, by limiting site ownership to those with
greater means. The low barrier of entry to site ownership is a thing of
beauty; please don't destroy it.
