[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] In opposition to the Proposed Amendment 3

Please do not allow this amendment to pass.  Allowing this will created a
monopoly and remove competition among domain registrars.  This will only
hurt the consumer and limit innovation among web developers and businesses
using Internet communications.  The end result is that the small businesses
and individuals who now have access to domain registration will slowly be
choked out by larger companies.  It is essential to maintain a competitive
and fair marketplace.
