[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Proposed Amendment 3 to the .COM Registry Agreement

I have been working with computers since 1980 been on the internet since 
1999  (I am 78 years old).
I have seen many changes over the years. Mostly in charging for things 
the were free.
Promising use of software for life and a few years later having to 
upgrade for a fee.
It has become a capitalistic nightmare.

Domain names have become a for profit monster.
Humans charging thousands of dollars for domain names they bought only 
for speculation.
Your proposal to increase the wholesale price to registrars of .COM 
domains is of no help at all.
