[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Monopolistic price gouging

It does not feel like ICANN is looking after the interests of its users at
all.
The proposed increases come across as monopolistic price gouging.
Domain registration is a highly-automatable business and should therefore
have a very low cost base.

ICANN should rather use competitive market forces to keep prices low and
service levels high,
by putting the .com domain registration operations up for tender for fixed
multi year periods.
