[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Save.com from unfair prices increase

 Hello,
I believe this change is a wrong thing especially the 7% annual Price
increase. This will make .com less dynamic and only for people who can
afford it. .com is a very important domain and if it become expensive there
will be a cliff betwen big companies and small companies. As a small
business owner i migjt consider other options than .com if it's happening.
