Hello,

I urge ICANN not to alter its contract with Verisign Inc. in ways that will
allow for price increases for .COM domains. It is vital to our country that
domain names remain affordable to people of all income levels, and the
price increases of up to 70% that these proposed contract changes could
allow. Please consider a change to this plan of action.
