[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Public Comment on .COM RA Ammendment

I strongly oppose the proposed amendments to the .COM Registry Agreement
with Verisign. I believe they are anti-competitive and will harm website
operators and domain registrars. Please re-consider and reject this
one-sided deal.
